SAN MATEO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 02/05/14 -- SugarSync, a premium service that lets you back up, access, sync and share all files and folders across all your computers and mobile devices, will partner with retailer Staples to offer small businesses and consumers a comprehensive cloud storage solution.

Beginning on February 5, 2014, SugarSync will be offered in Staples retail stores as part of Staples' EasyTech support services. SugarSync supports Mac and PC platforms as well as Android and iOS devices. Staples customers who adopt the service will be able to back up and share their files on any device.

"Partnering with an iconic brand like Staples is an exciting development in the growth of our company," said Alan d'Escragnolle, vice president of marketing at SugarSync. "Working with Staples will allow us to show a new group of customers how our service can provide the critical automatic backup they need for personal and professional data."

Unlike some cloud storage and file sharing services, SugarSync continually protects data, meaning users never have to drag and drop a file to make sure contents are saved. Users decide which folders to sync and how to sync them regardless of the device, and never have to worry about whether a file is backed up; it's already safe in the cloud.
